Years ago I was playing this in my office. A friend called and I put her on speaker phone. She heard the music and asked, "Why are you playing "fuck me" music in the office." I've never been able to listen to that album since without the subject coming to mind.
Bocelli has a nice voice, if untrained, but I would never buy an album of his music. When I hear him played at a restaurant or wherever, I don't feel the urge to vomit. Sarah Brightman on the other hand...
Back on topic: I generally prefer instrumental music for bedroom romps. Vocal music can be distracting, though less so if it's in a foreign language. Classics like Miles, Coltrane & Monk are winners.
See, I love Monk as much as any other musician of any period in any genre. But I find his rhythms too assymetrical and surprising for fucking. (I guess I'm just uncooridinated.)
