I'll be in NYC next december, and I'm thinking about making a few well-researched restaurant stops...hope you can point me in the right direction....can you tell me where to find....

a kick ass burger joint?
best hot dogs in town?
classy dinner and dance?
trendy bar, specially if it is packed with cute girls who also happen to be easy to approach?
steaks in town?

dinner = union pacific veritas suba (not been but highly rec-ed) nb i loathed craft w/in its first month of opening, but hear its better now (too much work)

you guys are snobs. the peruvian spiced chicken , the salty plaintains and the saltipapas at pio pio (multi locations) are unreal. 6 people with a pitcher of san gria,$95.
