I was not looking for an exact answer because there is none I just wanted to see different angles on what other poeple thought. I myself have dated many but not anymore, just a personal preference for me now. I do however still go for drinks, dinner and such with clients, anyone hungry?

Doesn't that depend on who's paying? When I've gone out with working girls where it wasn't a date (not "date".... wait, how many negatives is that?), more often than not they paid. Oh, wait, I guess that makes me the dinner whore. But not, because most of the time I would have slept with them in return for them paying for dinner, and i think the Dinner Whore thread was about girls who had guys take them out to dinner knowing full well they had no intention of sleeping with them, right?

Wow, I can't believe the two can be confused as the same. A dinner whore from my understanding is a civilian women who leads a guy in believing they will score after being treated to one or several dinners. This thread is about clients wanting to date providers and not pay for thier time. They have already received the service and want to extend the time together, the dinner is just so a background prop. The provider is only obligated to provide a service for the rate and time agreed, to go out on a date outside of the business arrangement actually makes her anti-whore because she is spending time with a client for free. The date idea is completely from the guys end and it is the woman who is being generous. I have never asked a client to go out with me for dinner, it is always the other way around.

I thought the thread was about a john developing romantic or at least "personal" feelings for the provider, not him getting "it" for free. Not everything is about sex, not even in this business. I could never see a provider more than once if I didn't have something in common with her, some interest in books or movies or politics or just plain observations of people. Once is not enough!

Interestingly, almost every time I go out to a meal with one of my Stripper Friends where we aren't going to end up in bed somewhere, they insist on paying. So I guess that makes me a Dinner Whore.

If one has dinner (only) with a provider just for the opportunity to enjoy her company (as an "escort"), it seems that she is not a dinner whore but you might be the dinner whoremonger. If have often considered making the inquiry of a provider, even those I have not yet met. What do you think the chances of it happening might be?

I would have to respectfully disagree with the part about her being "Generous"............ That is as if to say Every single moment of her time is to be bought & paid for in some way?? And that even if she enjoys his company, likes to talk with him and lets face it people gotta eat sometime. Assuming he is paying for the meal this time how exactly is that generous of her??
