I was thinking of Olympic motel.in hauppauge....$40. But they eill probably want id???
Do you know any cheap places I can go without using an id????

Any I've been to always want id some even photocopying it even if you do cash.

I don't know your interests but if you're saying she's unwilling about something I don't know what the purpose would be then anyway.

I read that as meaning she would be unwilling to rent the room. If she's one of the SB girls, I could see that.

The Meadowbrook Lodge in Jericho on Jericho turnpike never asks me for I'd.
They have some nice mirrored rooms.
Daytime $48 for three hours.

Then again I've been a regular there since about 2010 so they know me.

But try it anyway.

First multiple unconstitutional but enfirced anyways by the federal, state and local governments (they checked with themselves and deemed it legal) require, even when paying cash that the hotel have a list of the "room occupants" as a work around to the 4th Amendment, making it a 3rd party "exception".... the government(s) then require the hotels to provide the "lists" without a warrant to any/all law enforcement that just walks in and asks, with absolutely no exceptions. Only way not to be onthe list, is to never rent the room; always make the provider the "renter", plus if there are damages you won't recieve extra charges or notifications to pay to fix.

of course the 4th amendment doesn't state that the private parties need to prove whether private parties’ privacy expectations are reasonable. The Fourth Amendment tells the government agents’ what searches and seizures are reasonable, and with no warrant then it's unreasonable... but government doesn't care, and decided for itself that the 4th amendment is to be ignored since its now just a guideline and no longer an actual prohibition of what it can't do.

hoteliers’ records are open to law enforcement collection and review without any legal process.

There would be no end to it if the government were allowed self determine when it felt like following the US Constitution and the 4th amendment and to require businesses to perform surveillance on its behalf. Banks could be made to collect and turn over sensitive financial information about customers. The phone company could be made to turn over information about Americans’ calling behavior. The list goes on.

Now if you’re privacy conscious, you already recognize that the federal government already does require banks to turn over sensitive financial information about non-suspect Americans. The government collects phone calling records, every text message transcript, every email transcript, every voicemail message, .all your search histories, etc.... about as many Americans as it can every day, all without a warrant or even any probable cause of a crime having committed. Add to the fact gps location via cell phones, and ALPR's/EzPass and they have all your location history.

These violations are adhered to for government unconstitutional requirements, but businesses don't want ti fight legal battles, when the government gets to investigate itself and will find that its doing nothing wrong.

Never had a problem at The Pines in Westbury on Long Island. Place is a shithole though, spring for the extra couple of bucks and get an upgraded room. Much cleaner and away from the motel “residents”.

As far as I can tell there is no Federal law requiring photo id for renting hotel room. There are local laws (Massachusetts for one) that require that the person checking in use their rightful name to register but the requirement is on the person registering, not the hotel. So it is illegal in those cases to register under a false name. I would think this could be problematic for a monger if he gets arrested in a hotel room for some reason and LE also finds out later that he also registered under a false name.

That said, anyone can print up a sign that says "Photo ID required by law" — doesn't make it true.

As far back I can remember in my business travel where I always used higher end hotels, e.g., Marriott, Hilton, etc., they all required photo ID to be show. I don't remember any of them doing more than just verifying that the name on the ID is the same as that of the name I used to register.

Hotels can have any policy they want to protect their property and comply with local laws, for example is the room has a minibar they can require the person checking in to prove he is over the legal drinking age.

Note that NYS didn't have renewals or new photo drivers license for until after 1984.

Funny, I used the Pines on 109 last week and they insisted on driver's license. Bitch even photocopied it.
Then on top of that, while my date was in the shower I hear someone trying to get into the room. The door had no peep hole so I asked thru the door wtf are you doing? A dude with a Spanish accent claims he had the wrong room. Yeah right.

Or at Pines (both Westbury and Lindenhurst)
Genius, I was at the Pines in Lindenhurst very recently and they required my driver's license. I asked nicely a few times if that was really needed and she insisted.
In fact she even photocopied it!
Not sure if it was because my date walked into the office with me.

Billy, the only time I will allow my DL to leave my hand (and perhaps be copied) is when I go to test drive a new car and they want to CYA in case of an accident or red-light, camera, or when I rent a car or when I open a financial account (stock or bank). This is non-negotiable.

Recently when I checked into a Marriott they asked to see ID (by see my ID means — I opened my wallet to show them my ID —my DL wasn’t even required to leave the little plastic holder in my wallet as long as they could read it and verify that I am who I represent myself to be).

I would have told the clerk that he/she could only see my Id. If that was not acceptable there are other motels down the road.

Next time. I guess I was thinking with my cock as I had a slim, 26 year old woc ready to give me three hours of fun.
