Another Review
After a long effort, I was finally able to recover my password to my original username, MontyCapuletti. I created MontyC because I could not remember my old password, and the recovery system on this board is not the greatest.
So for all you junior detectives out there, MontyC and Montycapuletti are the same guy.
On to my review...
I made my second trip to Stellar Studios this week, early evening.
I was greeted by my usual friend, Nikki, dressed in tight jeans and a tee shirt. April was leaving so I would not be able to partake in my usual 2 girl show. Or so I though. I was introduced to Heidi. (Weird that a beutiful Irish girl would have a german name but I digress.)
Heidi stands about 5'6 maybe 125. Rock solid body of a 20 something athlete. Long brown hair and blue eyes accentuate a gorgeous face. (The pictures on the blog are accurate, BTW, however Nikki is a brunette now)

There are some nicely-run agencies that if you do enough leg work you can find. I will not do the work for you. We all know the rate scale can vary based upon several factors but I've found near-models for 300, and it's not that rare. There may be a C and an A somewhere in the acronym of the one I'm thinking of right now, but that's only one of many.

as one of only 4 (3 if you don't count monty - which is understandable as its easy to see why anyone would consider his posting history suspect having never posted on any other thread) people who've actually posted a REVIEW on this thread, I find it amazing that this is post #135 - 3 legit reviews (2 positive, 1 negative) 2 or 3 questionable reviews plus about 130 bs comments - amazing...
As the only person who posted a positive review and didnt get harrassed for it I was reluctant to put another post here, but like I said this is amazing - between the hard to understand level of malice from people who've never met these girls to the far too frequent responses from NikkiMinks (imo she'd have been a lot better off ignoring everything and letting peoples posted experiences and reviews get her business) this thread has become just a bad soap opera.
So, to add a mini review, I've been back twice and both experiences were similar to the first (saw april both times) though both times I felt she was a little preoccupied and there was a little bit less of a 'connection' than i felt the first time (and yes I did get my $5 off both times - woohoo, whoever is was that felt the difference between $35 and $40 was earth shattering can rest assured that the major savings are indeed available).
There is however one glaring negative to the place that doesn't appear to have been mentioned anywhere - the next door neighbor at the hairdresser place apparently doesnt ever have any customers and he spends all his time staring out his front window waiting to harrass people going in and out of the little white door next to his place. I havent been back since he came out to yell at me as I was leaving the last time I was there. Just not worth it - whatever connection they may or may not have or think they have - this guy is going to make complaints, and if he does it enough he will get them shut down. That's an experience I'd prefer to pass on...

This place is histroy. Was there walked past the hairdresser place. Walked up to the floor and waited approximately 15 mins in a cold room. I guess until she was done with her other customer. So uncool. They suck and its a shitty time. Guys dont waste your money here. They all look out the back open window for some reason. Place totally sucks as do the girls I saw there. I honestly started to think people here may be associated with our competitor who called in that bogus gun hostage report to 911. I'm sorry you had to deal with that and we are dealin with a lot of harassment from the guy at the hair salon. It's been affecting us, our business and our performance. I just wanted to apologize for any disconnect you may have experienced, as I'm sure you can see we have been dealing with a lot and then the stupid hair salon guy on top of it scaring away out customers. I have had to deal with customers daily telling me about him harassing them either upon entry or when leaving. It's making me very upset.

OK. You came on our site and with blatant disregard for our rules made an advertising post.We are so against doing this that we made it something like all of the first 8 rules. Anyone who actually reads the rules would have to be an idiot not to grasp this. You signed electronically a statement which stated that you had read and will comply with the rules. But nevertheless, you made a blatant advertising post anyway. And now, after almost 1,000 people read it, it's an emergency that WE do YOU a favor and delete it.
We have people who exercise in this behaviour all too often. A lot of the time, it is to grab free advertising without paying. How would you react if we cam in to your business and treated you in the same way?

1. What is www.UtopiaGuide.com?
a. UG is a review and discussion site about the adult scene. While there are several "Johnny Come lately" sites which think they are the shit, UG has been around for almost a decade and has the most loyal following of all the local sites.
b. Our main focus is currently the TriState are (NY/NJ/CT) but we will be expanding that in the near future
c. There are different sections for many of the different aspects of the scene: stripclubs, massage places, incalls, outcalls, etc. as well as general topics of discussion (Food, Movies, Legal, etc)
d. We currently have about 75,000 members and 900,000 postings
e. We pride ourselves on having the best "lurker" base of any of the area's forums. While there are some forums which get a lot of posting from poor quality clients (in fact, most of our competitors have most of their moderators appearing all over various "black lists" supported by supply siders), we have thousands of members who only read and don't post, but are very active in paying for our advertiser's services.
f. The posting on UG are made up of banter, general on topic postings and reviews of various establishments and girls. We do not censor "bad" reviews. UG has become know as the "Consumer Reports" of these forums because while other similar sites are mainly "shill" postings, where the moderators are getting free sessions from the girls in return for "protection", we will fire any moderator who pulls such a stunt
2. What do I get out of advertising on UG?
a. There are two ways to advertise on UG: classified ads and banner ads
b. Agencies must take out banner ads, while independents may choose to take out either classified ads only or banner ads. Banner ads cost $350 per month (a little over $10 a day) and classified ads cost $100 per month (a little over $3 a day)
c. UtopiaGuide.com does not allow non-advertisers to make "self promotional postings". So, what you are really getting is the right to made self promotion or "ad" posts, which is where you will get more business than just having a simple ad. If you decide to take out an ad, or would just like more information about this, we will be happy to have one of our current advertisers (who gets the bulk of her business off of UG) to further explain to you how it works.
d. IF you follow the advice she gives, and make the proper postings on the site, WE GAURANTEE OUR ADS. We are so confidant that you will get business if you do it the right way that if you don't get business, we will continue to run you ad FOR FREE until it starts to pay for itself.
e. UG is not an "open site" which caters to all sorts of general population traffic (like Backpage and Craigslist). The only guys who are reading UG are specifically looking for "Erotic Services". As a result, LE is not trolling our pages looking to bust our advertisers. To our knowledge, no one has ever been busted from advertising on UG.
For banner ads what we need is:
1) what username you have on Utopiaguide.com so we can enable it to post ad posts.
2) a 468x60 banner in .jpg or ,gif format
3) the url of where you want clicks on the banner to link to
Basically what you are paying for isn't even the banner. It's 1 thing: to have the right to make self promoting posts. So you can do things like put your phone number and/or email address in your posts. This is where you will have the opportunity to interact with the guys, answer issues, deal with "stuff", etc. Note: do not make a separate thread for items; keep everything in these 2 threads. The reason is to build up post count and view count. Don't argue with the guys it will only make you look bad. Solve problems.

Hi Slinky,
I saw the thread and wanted to say I will take out an ad with UG but I'm waiting until we move to our new location because we already have too much foot traffic/clientele for where we are now and I don't want to not be able to accommodate clients (only 2 rooms now) or start the neighbors complaining. If advertising here is as good as you say it is I should be prepared for it.
I think I found a great place today though in an industrial area, and if all goes well we should be in by the end of the month.
In the meantime I am honoring the intro discount and def will advertise with you guys as soon as we can handle the influx.

Slinky, give me a break! I would like to advertise here and if you can talk to me like a human being perhaps we can come up with the best advertising strategy given my current situation.
I'm also planning on expanding in the future, possibly having a location in Nassau and manhattan as well, so I'm really trying here but I can only take so much pointless abuse.
I only responded to that thread because the OP said we got raided. But I also care about the business and welcome constructive criticism as we are BRAND new and still learning/working out kinks, can't do anything with hundreds of attacks that are not reviews.
At this point I don't want to give money to people who hate us this much and only want to destroy us for whatever reason (never having met us). I see an opportunity here that could be lucrative for the long future for both of us but I don't want to waste my $ if too much damage has already been done.
I had a legit advertising career for years and tolerated some obnoxious affiliates but none of them ever personally attacked me or wished harm and ruin on me...and they delivered profit as promised.
So if you can work with me here that would be nice, but I prefer to do business with people I can trust and at the very least don't have an agenda to ruin or harm me.

1) We have a very long standing policy against ANY form of self promotion unless you are a paid advertiser. This is made abundantly clear in the Rules. This is a "zero tolerance" rule and we routinely ban offenders immediately and alter their posts to say some very nasty things about them.
2) On February 6, you guys came on and posted your phone number and a link to your ad, which is the same thing as placing your ad on UG.
3) Rather than immediately banning, etc. I decided to do an experiment and listen to all those who say I should be "nicer" and wrote you an email explaining that self promotion was not lowed on UG unless you are a paid advertisers.
4) The result? You came back on February 10th and continued with the self promotion.
5) Then you did something which has been done 100 times: you promised to take out and ad and then said something along the lines of "well I WOULD have taken an ad out but......" I knew it was coming when you said it.I even wrote a note to the files predicting it.
6) If you weren't ready to do it, why did yo say you would? I know, to string us along. Just like you are stringing us along with the current bullshit story. If you have too many clients, why is there an ad up on Backpage? SO YOU ARE ADVERTISING.
7) You are already receiving the benefits of advertising, which you have TAKEN. The advertising is not in a banner ad, but in the ability to
make self promotional posts. AND YOU HAVE DONE THAT. You have also gotten multiple customers. You didn't turn them away because you are too busy.
Look, I have been in this business for over 30 years. You think you are bening to cute for words. Your problem is that I've seen it all before and I know how it ends. The original poster put my original phone # in the thread and if I at ANY time linked to another ad or # it was because the original # was given to the police because we were being harassed/threatened on it and I didn't want anyone to call the original # or even have it posted there.
I only posted on the thread because I didn't want people to think we got raided or write any damn reviews under that phone #. Naturally I got a little defensive bcz a lot of nasty bullshit comments were made about us by people who never even met us. I never asked for that thread.
Now starting last week I have this hairdresser literally sitting in the window and harassing everyone who comes in and out. He went to the town, shut us down. We have 30 days to move.
With all the BS I just want to lay low here until we move. I am still giving the introductory 50% to people which I don't even make any money off of after the girls get their splits.
I hope you understand why I have to wait until our grand opening and why it's not wise for me to do it now.

All this double talk does not change the situation. You came on and broke the rules by self promoting. You were politley told and you continues to do it. You then said you were taking out an ad and you didn't. "Honoromg" a 50% discount is just another form of self promotion, which AGAIN you announced on UG, but does NOTHING for us in terms of keeping the site alive by providing a revenue stream to US (i.e. not you). You did advertise on Backpage so all this talk about "laying low" is just more bullshit. You continue to reap the benefits of UG (otherwise why would you claim to be honoring a discount) but still have not offered up one red cent in return. Even if you start paying in the future, you will be paying for what you are getting in return. Where is the remuneration for what you have already received?

I didn't ask for reviews or to have my personal address and phone # plastered here.
Backpage isn't a monthly commitment and they haven't disrespected or invaded my privacy in any way.
What benefits have I gotten from here? I lose money on 50% discounts and have to worry that the world and LE can find my details here. Including neighbors, reporters, or whoever.
If you weren't such a dick to me I would have taken out an ad sooner but in retrospect I'm glad because now we have to scramble to find a new place by April 1st and it would have been a waste given the location issues.
I'm not an idiot and don't think you can abuse me into forking over money when it's not in my best interest.

At least wait until I get a new location...that's absolutely 100% necessary. I would have been a lifelong advertiser once I get a new and more permanent location but you have to look at the situation and the problems we've had and know its not the time to start a new monthly ad campaign.

OK. You came on our site and with blatant disregard for our rules made an advertising post.We are so against doing this that we made it something like all of the first 8 rules. Anyone who actually reads the rules would have to be an idiot not to grasp this. You signed electronically a statement which stated that you had read and will comply with the rules. But nevertheless, you made a blatant advertising post anyway. And now, after almost 1,000 people read it, it's an emergency that WE do YOU a favor and delete it.
We have people who exercise in this behaviour all too often. A lot of the time, it is to grab free advertising without paying. How would you react if we cam in to your business and treated you in the same way?

1. What is www.UtopiaGuide.com?
a. UG is a review and discussion site about the adult scene. While there are several "Johnny Come lately" sites which think they are the shit, UG has been around for almost a decade and has the most loyal following of all the local sites.
b. Our main focus is currently the TriState are (NY/NJ/CT) but we will be expanding that in the near future
c. There are different sections for many of the different aspects of the scene: stripclubs, massage places, incalls, outcalls, etc. as well as general topics of discussion (Food, Movies, Legal, etc)
d. We currently have about 75,000 members and 900,000 postings
e. We pride ourselves on having the best "lurker" base of any of the area's forums. While there are some forums which get a lot of posting from poor quality clients (in fact, most of our competitors have most of their moderators appearing all over various "black lists" supported by supply siders), we have thousands of members who only read and don't post, but are very active in paying for our advertiser's services.
f. The posting on UG are made up of banter, general on topic postings and reviews of various establishments and girls. We do not censor "bad" reviews. UG has become know as the "Consumer Reports" of these forums because while other similar sites are mainly "shill" postings, where the moderators are getting free sessions from the girls in return for "protection", we will fire any moderator who pulls such a stunt
2. What do I get out of advertising on UG?
a. There are two ways to advertise on UG: classified ads and banner ads
b. Agencies must take out banner ads, while independents may choose to take out either classified ads only or banner ads. Banner ads cost $350 per month (a little over $10 a day) and classified ads cost $100 per month (a little over $3 a day)
c. UtopiaGuide.com does not allow non-advertisers to make "self promotional postings". So, what you are really getting is the right to made self promotion or "ad" posts, which is where you will get more business than just having a simple ad. If you decide to take out an ad, or would just like more information about this, we will be happy to have one of our current advertisers (who gets the bulk of her business off of UG) to further explain to you how it works.
d. IF you follow the advice she gives, and make the proper postings on the site, WE GAURANTEE OUR ADS. We are so confidant that you will get business if you do it the right way that if you don't get business, we will continue to run you ad FOR FREE until it starts to pay for itself.
e. UG is not an "open site" which caters to all sorts of general population traffic (like Backpage and Craigslist). The only guys who are reading UG are specifically looking for "Erotic Services". As a result, LE is not trolling our pages looking to bust our advertisers. To our knowledge, no one has ever been busted from advertising on UG.
For banner ads what we need is:
1) what username you have on Utopiaguide.com so we can enable it to post ad posts.
2) a 468x60 banner in .jpg or ,gif format
3) the url of where you want clicks on the banner to link to
Basically what you are paying for isn't even the banner. It's 1 thing: to have the right to make self promoting posts. So you can do things like put your phone number and/or email address in your posts.
