I hope it is OK to mention a specific product here. Encore Tabs (available from their website) has worked extremely well for me. I'm 53 now and I've been hit and miss as far as erections go for the past few years - many reasons: some psychological, some physical, condoms etc. But I take two of these capsules a few hours before expected sex and I have absolutely no problem. Some numbness sure but I have no doubt that I'm going to be able to slip that rubber on and do the thing! The effects last about three days as well. Much better than Yohimbe Extract which I used to use to counteract the effects of an anti-depressant. I no longer take the latter so that's not a factor anymore anyway.

All they really do is help you get hard. Its not like you're going to be able to go 5 times in a row like some claim.
In my personal experience, the side effects aren't worth it unless you have serious problems getting it up. Headache, stuffy nose, and flakyness with the woodrow. I guess for some guys, the big V makes you hard as a rock for hours - but in my case I had about 15 minutes and then had trouble getting it up afterwards (when without the V, I have no problem). I tried it mainly out of curiousity.
My best luck has been with herbals. Not completely safe either, but much better than V. Much less side effects. There are some formulas you can get that seem to work pretty good. Cobra, Python, Mens Virility Formula. You can score these for 10-20 bucks a bottle (less online) and have decent success. If you take them daily according to the bottle, you'll notice that when flacid you will be bigger (after a few weeks of continous use). They don't make you bigger when hard (but maybe a little harder). These 3 formulas all basically contain the same stuff as those penis enlargement pills (which don't really work, other than making you bigger while soft).
Even if you don't take them for a while, taking any of those I mentioned will help you get harder during activities. I don't take them regularly anymore, but will take a combination of them every few hours before a session - and have had good success. Be careful with them though, especially if you have blood pressure problems. Most of them will raise your BP through the roof if you're sensitive to that kinda thing.

One of the natural alternative to V pill could be combination of tea spoon of honey, sprinkle generously with cinnamon and vitamin B12. Take this with glass of water 2-3 hours before fun.

I try the horny goat weed. It do work however after 4-5 hours I getting very anxious. Not particularly pleasant feeling.
By the way cinnamon is highly recommended for all type 2 diabetes. Also if you get flue and feel very weak, take half spoon of baking soda (could be alcasercer), dissolve in glass of water and drink. After hour take warm glass of tea with freshly quiz lemon juice and with 3 tea spoons of honey with two cinnamon sticks. You should recover with in 6 hours.

I just bought a whole box (80 capsules) of Stree. It's an herbal supplement with NO side effects (unless you have allergies) and it works great for a tenth of the price of Viag** and Cial**. Not only that but it only takes 20 minutes to do it's thing. No problems with the BP, blue vision or the six hour boner (well maybe close but my girl knows a cure.)
