I use Lemonaid (one time visit: $15, (now $25) and GoodPx for sildenafil (generic V, 30 pills, $15.82). Does not hit insurance and manageable out of pocket. Can not complain for recreational use.
Do not do this. You will overdose. This is like planning to drink rubbing alcohol because it's alcohol and therefore the same thing as vodka. Aside from the fact that they are different medications with different dosages, they don't actually do the same thing. But it seems the same to you from the physical effects.
I haven't used the others but hims is easy to set up 5 min online consult and off you go. 30 bucks I think for whatever they prescribe for the month.. if they only give you 40 or 60 mg you can always ask for more.
They are on auto refill so you have to snooze delivery of you have extra It's good for occasional users .. I never take more then 40 and stockpile the rest
The answer would be dose related and, as We one said, how efficiently your liver clears the drug, but It is probably still detectable, though perhaps not in a concentration that would be therapeutically effective. The recommendation is NOT to take nitrates (i.e. nitroglycerin for angina, which could cause a sudden and unsafe drop in blood pressure) within 48 hours of the last administered dose of Tadalafil (Cialis).
From NIH:
"The half-life of tadalafil is 17.5 hours in normal healthy men and 21.6 hours in elderly men, while the half-lives of sildenafil and vardenafil are similar at 4 hours "
BTW: if you want an outstanding paper to know everything there is to know about sildenafil (V) and tadalafil (C) including effects of food, alcohol, side effects, etc., go to this link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2643112/
My doc said 1 dose of 5mg every day, or 4 pills for 20mg on an as needed basis. The marketing says, and my experience bears this out, that a dose of 15 or 20mg last 2-3 days.
