presbyopia affects near vision starting at around age 40 - so if you need stronger and stronger reading glasses each decade past 40 — it's just in your head.
if you are 70 and your maximum heart rate is 150 instead of 200 as it was when you were 20 — it's just in your head.
if you can't lift the same weights at age 70 as you did when you were 20 even though you still work out with the same frequency — it's just in your head.

Stuffy nose happens as V just starts to take effect — about 20 min after you take it. Not a real problem unless you are getting a massage and lying face down as you will not be able to easily breathe thru your nose; standing up is no problem, just a minor annoyance. I just take a squirt of generic Afrin when I take some V.
When I 1st tried V some years ago I got 50mg pills and took one. Effect was ridiculous — as I posted, after you are done with your session and get back home you can use your dick to chip away that concrete stoop you always wanted to get rid of. So from then on I cut them in half (mission accomplished as the stoop is gone and replaced with a nice deck — but I digress .)
Anyway, since I've been getting the 20mg generics, one is sufficient. Be advised: After you finish your session and leave be sure to, ahem, reposition your equipment before you get out to the street unless you don't mind walking around with an obvious bulge in your pants (not joking).
Ps. I sometimes take one (with a little swig of water) while drinking hot black coffee. The major effect is that it seems to take effect a few minutes sooner (hot coffee dissolves the pill faster?) and I think the caffeine has a complementary affect. Do not take anything fatty (coffee with cream, fatty meal or snack, etc. ) as it greatly affects absorption. Also drug instructions say do not take grapefruit juice with V as it results in a higher level in your bloodstream and slows down metabolism of the V to eliminate it. If I'm out for the day I will take it with grapefruit juice but be aware that it takes a bit longer to take effect — maybe an hour to 90 minutes.
Note: Grapefruit juice affects other drugs such as statins so do your research before using it if you use grapefruit juice daily.

Well since the person I have in mind that I want to take it for is very GFE then a stuffy nose would affect the kissing I would suspect. Also possibly the long DATY session.
So avoiding the stuffy nose would be the goal. I need to get a new pill cutter since I couldn't find the one I had so while I'm in Rite Aid I'll pick up some Afrin also.
