In the scenario Woodguy posed, it would be permitted if the pic was being posted in a review thread. But in that case, the member would probably ask in person. So, my interpretation is probably not what he meant. And I would be reluctant to allow it in an ISO under those circumstances, since our vested interest would be to have a photo to describe her and not to help with her business.
