Non Prescription Pills for Hard Erections

Reign of Terror
Met up with Kaschi. Was trying out some new OTC vitamins and boy did they work.
She was really hard to keep up with and my middle age was really starting to kick in, but boy my dick was hard and I hadn't cum yet so guess they work!

Mod note:
I took this from a review thread and just edited out everything except the part about the vitiams
We had a few questions about the unnamed vitamins you took.

It's not really an appropriate conversation in a thread an advertisor is paying for but makes sense here.

So please share what were these magical vitamins.

Score! Hardcore by Force Faction. I got them at Duane Reade in the condom section right before I went to Bingo. Take them 30 minutes before or four at the beginning of the day. They worked fantastic for me. Too well actually. I had a really hard time cumming but would stay rock hard and had a great time. I was buying condoms and it was an impulse buy so I had no knowledge of the product going in. I was going for a double though and wanted to make sure things went well.

I'm young mid 30s so I don't really need anything but I'm gonna share my vitamins "stack" and why I take them

Vitamin D - minimum of 2000iu/day or the prescription 50,000iu/week. We all know Vit D is lacking in half the population and it is pretty essential for functions other than building strong bones. It regulates calcium, magnesium and phosphate. Its necessary for immune, neuro and muscle functions too.

Magnesium - specifically magnesium glycinate. Magnesium is essential for over 200 enzymatic reactions and most people are lacking in it. I take the glycinate form since its the most easily absorbed form and also is used to help sleep. Other forms like mag oxide are not absorbed easily and may have a laxative effect.

Lycopene- lycopene is an antioxidant that is for your prostate health. You don't need a high dose, 50mg is enough. Its also the compound which makes the red pigmentation in tomatoes. So you can also drink some tomato juice. Great excuse to drink some bloody Mary.

Fish Oil - 2-4 gram/day. Get a good brand that is ISOF certified or the prescription ones (lovaza, vascepa). I take it for general health purposes. Reduce joint inflammation, prevent heart disease, etc

L-carnitine -500mg-1g /day. Its a fatty acid transporter (moves free fat into the mitochondria) making energy production more efficient. It is used as a weight loss supplement because of that. I only take 500mg in the morning since I did get sleep disturbances when I took it at night. Apparently it can also improve sperm motility but not much research on that.

Coenzyme Q10- Another antioxidant which is for cardiovascular health. Apparently can improve sperm quality. Recommended in those who take a statin.

Cordyceps- This is an interesting one because of its is considered an adaptogen. There are two kinds. The one that grows out of a caterpillar (winter worm/summer grass) prized as the "Tibetan Viagra" and due to how hard it is to find in the mountains is quite expensive. The other kind is the cordyceps militaris which can be grown and you can buy in capsule or powder form. I take the latter and I do 3 week cycles on and off. When I take it, I feel a lot more energy throughout the day and can do more strenuous and cardio demanding exercises better. I guess it promotes oxygen utilization more efficiently. Apparently, it can also increase nitric oxide concentrations which means you can get your erection up faster.

Korean red Gingseng- I get the extract instant tea powder packet from CheongKwanJang . The one in the drink packets from Costco are not the same concentration/potency as the powder packets, its much less potent than the extract. It may taste bitter to some but for me it actually taste sweet even without adding sugar or honey. KRG is to boost your energy levels. It also boost your alertness. Sometimes I take it an hour before I go out on my "visit" and I can tell you this thing makes you keep going. I also like that it increases my alertness so much that I have control on when I cum. Some providers have "complained" that I take too long lol.

Tongkat Ali- I do not take Tongkat Ali but I have read that it increases semen volume. I also read that it increases libido (desire and arousal) because it has some mood benefits. Probably since it has to do with how it elevates free testosterone in the bloodstream and higher testosterone levels is linked to your mood. Note: it does not increase testosterone synthesis. Probably would try it for older gent. Since my libido is high already, there is no benefit for me to take this.

Thank you for posting this. Very informative. I am also going to start with a vitamin D . I remember my doctor telling me this on my last visit to him.

But. Question is why is taking so much drugs? I am not saying you but I'm asking in general.
Doesn't that makes us " drug addicts " ?

Excellent question.

If one is very strong sexually, they don’t need vitamins, drugs, chemicals, herbs, et cetera. They probably just need good food. And, if they are a strong young alpha male, even their food doesn’t have to be the best. They are blessed with an unsinkable Johnson.

It is only when sexual capacity (not desire) begins to wane, either because of ill-health or decline in organ function, that men seek out “a little help from their friends.”

Many guys are able sexually, but not abundantly able, and they don’t want to put on a lack-luster performance in front of their all-admiring lady. So, they boost the system to cover any nervous jitters. and to hit her with the confidence of a raging bull, even though the “bull” is no longer throwing the cowgirl up in the air during the rodeo. So, bull over-compensates, tips the scale in his favor by taking pills.

If you are strong and exercise and eat a good diet and digest well, no illnesses, and wake up hard in the morning and are erecting throughout the day with little or no provocation, no reason to supplement. Enjoy your sexual prowess.

Because, once starting the use of supplements, you will probably always need them, unless short-use corrected a deficiency or malady and you bounced back to your hale and hearty booming erections.

However, another reason for supplementing is that many average guys and mongers want to go well beyond their capacities and capabilities.

Meaning, once a day or twice a day or once a week is not enough. Their body is dictating that for this juncture of life, after ejaculation, it requires a number of minutes, hours, days or weeks to recover, depending on your sexual constitution.

But, the guy/monger has bigger plans than his body is equipped for, so he juices, and rides on into the sunset.

Some stimulants, drugs, supplements, although they get the job done for the immediate purpose, might harm the system over time.

But, if intelligent, you can find those supplements that will not unbalance your system too much.

In the arena of herbs, discretion is advised because the known sexual tonic herbs are almost always herbs that heat and ignite the system. And, you don’t want your body becoming too hot to the point of sweating too much or becoming flushed red or swelling the prostate. The body needs to remain balanced. Too much heat over-stimulates and sleep could be disturbed, and anger and anxiety begins to dominate the personality.

Herbs for sex traditionally were used in balanced formulas. So, while encouraging sexual strength with strong heating “yang” herbs, the formulas also included some cooling “yin” herbs to calm the system and keep it in balance.

You need to “have your cake and eat it, too.” You need strong sex, and you also need to preserve the health and happiness of the entire system and all its organs in harmony and synchronicity.

As a human being you don’t want to burn out too fast. Longevity and harmony is essential.

None of the vitamins or supplements I mentioned are habit forming. They come from diet alone but diet alone doesn’t always provide sufficient quantities. Lab values when you get your blood drawn will tell you this. My vit d levels are always low without supplementation.

Also well said mugi on herbal supplements. That is why I cycle the cordyceps on and off and the KRG I take only when I need to.

Exercise and eating quality food is way more important than taking any supplements for sure. But as I get older, the stress of life and work prevents me from doing these things. I no longer have the vigor that I had in my 20s.

The problem with Vitamin "D" is that the human body really can't digest/absorb it well whether taking it as supplemental vitamin or drinking it from the added to Whole Milk... the best source of Vitamin D is the sunlight (our bodies) use the sunlight and cholesterol to create Vitamin "D". Sunlight is the best natural source of vitamin D. The whole lacking comes from that people are avoiding/limiting the sun exposure, or using so much sunscreen that the body is not getting ultraviolet B (UVB) rays (though some studies indicate that this isn't occurring) and two other issues have to do with age and skin tone (darker skin basically more melatonin blocks ultraviolet B (UVB) rays ) and older lose the ability to produce Vitamin D.

Not true. Vitamin D is easily absorbed in the small intestine especially when taken with dietary fat. The problem does not lie in the absorption. Whether you get it from supplements or sun exposure, that form is inert (not biologically active). It must undergo two hydroxylations to become the active hormone calcitriol. The first in the liver and the second in the kidney. In those who have kidney dysfunction such as dialysis patients are the ones who have to take the prescription calcitriol since their kidneys cannot perform the hydroxylation. 2000iu is equivalent to 50 micrograms. Dr. Peter Atia, who I believe is an expert in nutrition takes 5000iu daily himself and so does Andrew Huberman for anyone who listens to their podcast.

I didn't say it can't be absorbed, and your document even supports my statement that it isn't absorbed well and high fats can improve the miniscule amount that the human body can digest; but it's mostly a fools errand and a tremendous waste of money to take supplements/vitamins as the human body is incapable of absorbing the daily requirements even if 1000% of daily caloric intake was only hypothetical vitamin D. So taking that 50,000 IU pill/liquid/Cod Oil/Milk, etc (doesn't matter what form factor its delivered in), you're not going to fix the Vitamin D deficiency even after a year(s) of supplements you might get to less deficiency for an adult, as for children who need lower levels of Vitamin D in the blood stream supplements work and the observations of the 1690's and the science of the of the 1920's supported this.

I'm over 60, and re: vitamin D3, my doc recommends taking 3K IU in the winter, and 2K in the summer.
