appreciate the feedback on Michelle Hockey, although we have all see her. Some of us multiple times. The best advise I can give you is to take a chance, take one for the team and try a new chick that just started posting on CL or BP and report back to the board with some intel.

I have been with many a provider whose service over time has changed and usually not for the better. One cannot assume that a provider will not get burnt out and that the service is consistent.
