Bush signs the UIGEA into law, but the law has no teeth

On this fateful day of Friday the 13th, our president signed the Port Security Act, which contained the last-minute-tacked-on Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

Amidst some of the upheaval of certain gambing/pokersites (including Partypoker, 888, Betonsports and the Cryptologic poker sites) and online wallets (including firepay), early news reports are saying that the law really has no teeth -- that these supposed "enforcement" provisions will not have their intended effect.
