Holy sh*t that's them. I figured karma would get them. I wish they robbed me before I forced myself to go through with the appointment. Lol. All jokes aside, I'm glad they're off the streets. The girl is just mindless robot and literally just went and cowered in the corner of the room when they came out of the bathroom. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Seems to me this is a win-win for LE:

1st they need to take these dirt bags out because sooner or later it's going to escalate from a robbery to where someone is gonna get seriously hurt with the CSI team, the newspapers, etc. getting involved and the serious crime stats notching up a bit.

2nd. By LE putting the whole sorry scene out to the press maybe the johns think twice about the risk of the being involved in the business, i.e. not just the risk of getting busted for patronizing a prostitute but the risk of getting seriously hurt.

That because it’s Long Island. If this would happen in the 5 borough the dudes would of gotten ROR base on the new law.

Yea. And the sad part of it is, under the new bail reform law he’ll be kicked out shortly and most of these charges will be pleaded down to less serious offenses.. Watch. Smh

Wrong.
Bail reform is a State law.
The same laws apply for both NYC and LI
Judges in each jurisdiction to play a part though
How they ultimately plead literally has nothing to do with bail reform.
Incorrect. ADA's look at all cases on what they can get a conviction on. If they can get get a guilty plea they look at that as a win. I've seen homicides get knocked down to misdemeanor possession and ADA thinks they did a service to the community.

Not incorrect. What does any of what you said have to do with bail reform? Seeking convictions is a product of the system pre bail reform too.

Bail reform is, quite literally, a reform of the bail laws. Whether a defendant gets out of custody pre plea and what he ultimately ends up pleaing to are not related. There's no "bail law" that says "you plead to this" or "you plead to that." Bail laws concern bail, not pleas.

Sure, an argument can be made that a defendant in custody may be "pushed" towards taking a plea quicker than an out of custody defendant...but that's about the exent of the correlation.

A homicide knocked down to misdemeanor possession? I find this difficult to believe

You can charge someone with homicide on the initial arrest, if the ada realize that they aren't going to get the outcome they want they will start making deals on anything they can. Watch first 48 on A&E. Happens all the time.

Charges get lowered at your initial arraignment all the time. That is because the prosecutor realizes certain charges are a "stretch" or the know what they can get a conviction on in a trial. If you have been part of an arraignment or have sat in one for a friend/ family member. You will see the prosecutor and defense talking before the case comes up. They are basically making deals. What can the client afford for bail, etc. It's all backroom deals.

"Deals" are not discussed at arraignment..at least not in Suffolk. First court date? For sure, yes. Either way, none of this is because of bail reform lol

I know of police charges being thrown out at arraignment because the crime they charged doesn't exist.
Yup, sorta happened to me where I had to go in front of a judge to plead guilty or not guilty for the crime of picking up a hitchhiker. Turns out in NYS it is illegal to hitchhike (which specifically means soliciting a ride from the shoulder of the road) but unless specifically posted e.g., like you see on signs a entrances to NYS Thruway posting No Hitchhiking, No Horse Riding, No Pedestrians, it is not illegal to pick up a hitchhiker.

Maybe local villages have their own ordinance, but the cop who saw me pick up a young lady who needed a ride to pick up some pampers for her baby (at least that's what she told the SC cop) — btw she didn't get a ticket — just me

I showed ADA and judge copy of the law and case was dismissed.

For real??!!
I do support LE when it comes to normal everyday reasonable duties, but ticketing you for picking up a hitchhiker is a waste of resources and certainly your time- hence having to appear before a judge!!

I broke my golden rules and it led to a horrible meeting. I text the number and was quoted 120 for hh with +$20 for cim. Definitely more expensive than her pics would suggest but it was around 2 am and I'd already struck out earlier. I arrive and ask my standard "let me freshen up in the bathroom. " She jumps to stop me because her gf is in there. Then she quickly takes the donation and hands it to someone in the bathroom but lights are completely off so you can't see in. Whatever, I disrobe and her only quality is she has big tits. It ends there. The bbj is the worst ever. She was unshaven and just laid there. I figured just get through it and bail. But she wasn't trying at all so this turns into me just trying whatever I can to get off. About 20 min in I start to cum and she keeps her mouth closed then jumps off the bed when some gets on her face. Remember, I paid the extra $20 for cim. I'm literally still cumming when 4 hooligans jump out the bathroom. I'm not tall but I have decent size on me but it's still 4 guys and the shortest and likely weakest one is showing me the gun on his waist. This was definitely a first for me so I just got dressed while the munchkin kept ranting and raving about gun butting me and loosing my life. I grew up in the city so I understand how to handle situation. No sense in getting into it with ppl who have veryil little to lose, so I left and kept thinking to myself, I deserved that. I ignored a lot of red flags, including the fact this was at the Coliseum in homestead, but I got lazy and sloppy so I got what I deserved. Stay safe fellas and stick to the fundamentals. They're there for a reason.
This is why you never meet any provider in a hotel for first time unless perhaps a porn star good chance you’ll be robbed or arrested.
