Like most generalizations, this one needs to be qualified. When Kimmie mentions that people of modest means live in OC I would agree with her if she refers to the northern part of the county, close to Sullivan, Ulster Counties and Penn. However, the southern part is heavily suburbanized, with shopping malls, a BMW dealer, and some of the other trappings of affluence. This is because these people are within a reasonable commuting distance to higher paying jobs in northern Jersey, Rockland, Westchester, and NYC. In addition the county has many lawyers and doctors with the disposable income to hobby.
I think the lack of providers, of any quality in OC, is more the result that the place still a small town feel to it and men are afraid of being spotted by in a suspicious place, be it a short stay hotel, or in a parking lot in an AMP, or parking outside of an incall’s house. Most of the housing are private residences instead of apartments, which means nosy neighbors might be suspicious to see a strange woman come to a house when the wife is away. The vast majority of men are married, and that necessitates hobbying in a far away place where the probability of being spotted would be low.

Yes, many of the housing now is at least in the 350 range, thanks to transplants, like myself. But not many of those men want some noockie every now and then. ( well they do, but they can get it near where they work, ie: NYC. NJ, not realizing its available closer. or maybe they dont want it closer..)
Many of my clients are local lawyers ( what is it about lawyers and sex? They are the horniest bunch ) and recently men that travel up from the places you mention to Orange County and stop by for a quick hit.
Ok I agree, but isnt it just as suspicious as being spotting leaving a handjob place 3 days a week? I mean really, everyone in the TOW knows what Halycon is.
As for incall housing or having a girl at your home, have you seen the new hotels that came up last year that are way off the street and near lots of places( like a car dealership) You could always park there and walk over, and none would be the wiser.

When I first started this biz, I went to a clients apartment complex when no one was home. 5 months later sure nuff I bump in to him twice. First a birthday party, then at the local gas station. We didnt say a word to each other, because thats the way it should be. DISCRETION.
