There is an indie movie a few years ago about this called Heading South. Three mature woman go to Haiti during the early 80's for the beach and the boys but it was more interesting because they became caught up in the political violence that was brewing. It was kind of depressing but very realistic, one of the women saved all year at her factory job in Quebec just to spend a week or two living this fantasy life. In these countries it is a much better life hustling to mature western women who shower them with gifts and money rather then the usual harsher alternatives of making money.

One would think there are no shortage of pool boys here who would do a good job for less, but there is something about travel to distant lands that transforms unsavory into exotic.
