This morning on CNN they were running this story. I then saw it on AOL, she faces 20 years in prison.

CNN never mentioned that the girl was on medication, as I suspected. AOL did as noted below:

"Megan was being treated for attention deficit disorder and depression, her family has said. Meier has said Drew knew Megan was on medication."

Who should be charged with a crime?

On the AOL poll 91% say that Drew, who made the Myspace page should be charged.

Megan's Mom, the Doctors, and Pharm companies are the real criminals.
