What do you think of the Zune Pass?

I just bought a Zune 120 GB. I have about 58 GB of wma files, and converting them to AAC would be just too much work, so I bought a Zune (which supports wma files) instead of an IPod Classic 120 GB. One interesting feature of the Zune is that it comes with a subscription service called “Zune Pass”. The way this works is that for $14.99 per month you can download millions of songs, (or as much as your computer or an external hard drive can hold) but in order to keep the songs for more than one month, you have to keep paying $14.99 each month. Stop paying, and the songs you bought the month before stop playing.
At first this may seem like robbery, but if you think about it, that’s less than 2 albums per month from ITunes.
