I actually ordered those beet root gummies you posted the link to. Actually a slightly different version with a few more ingredients.
They are supposed to come today.

So I got those Beet root gummies you posted the link to. Started two a day with breakfast.
The ones I bought were slightly different in that they also have Grape Seed and an Amino Acid blend of L-Arginine and L-Citruline.

So far so good. I noticed a little extra girth, consistent to what I normally had a few years ago and he was ready for the second round much sooner.

Of course at my age there are multiple factors that can affect the quality of an erection and consistency is really the main issue. But last night was the first time I saw my regular since I started taking them and let's just say there were no complaints. In fact she complimented the size right before she got on him and the hardness as we were kissing goodnight.

I also noticed a longer lasting "veiny" look to my arms after working out.

I've seen Beet root connected to other activities besides sex so I'm curious if it will translate to running.
 
It might just be placebo but I have pretty much added beet root to
my vitamin routine.

I had my favorite SB over for a sleep over - I took some Viagra the night before
but we didn't get to fooling around until the next morning but between the beet root
and residual Viagra and natural attraction had no issues.

Beetroot (the part of the beet that is below ground as opposed to the stem where the leaves are) has been noted in the literature as influencing vascular health due to its high nitrite composition (nitric oxides effect is well noted in sexual performance).

Doesn't it make sense to eat beets directly as I do? At least you know exactly what you are getting, i.e., beetroot.

I buy cooked beets and put a couple of chunks with my salad at dinner time.

More that I research it looks like magnesium and zinc are more important than I thought.
Both are in my supplement intake. From what I heard it's (zinc) supposed to be good to take (especially while in puberty) for a chance of getting a bigger member... I took it when I was in my teens and maybe it worked (since I did get bigger) but it could also just have been... Puberty lol

It always makes sense to eat whole foods, yes I agree with that.

When I was doing Paleo about 10 years ago beets were a staple as were other root vegetables. The problem is I really don't like the taste of beets so I tend to let them fall off my shopping list.

If I can get the benefits I'm looking for by popping a couple of gummies after breakfast then I'll go with that.

an intersting thing about Beets (specifically Beet Brine). Is that it was identified about a decade ago as great natural deicer and NYS looked into converting our "salting" trucks into beet brine delivery deicers...

The problem, as I have read many times in respectable sources, is that in the supplement type products you do not know if what they say is in the product is actually in the product. Even worse you don't know what other things are in the product that are not listed as an ingredient.

The FDA doesn't approve or test supplement safety or effectiveness

Plus, if you look at the adverts for supplements the companies may say that they are packaged in their own facilities but they do not say where the raw materials come from.

I would think in the case of actual beets that it doesn't make sense to ship whole beets over long distances, e.g., from China.
The cooked beets i buy from BJ's, Love Beets, are Non-GMO certified, Kosher and from the USA.

And by problem I mean some of the pills in the batch are just placebo?

Or does anyone else use American Compounding in Garden City and had a problem with their product?

I'm being to think it is them because I noticed something this week and realized it has happened before.

On Wednesday night on my way to Queens with the C in my system I got a really bad stuffy nose (no problem though thanks to @genius I always carry Afrin) so I knew it was working and had excellent wood.

On Saturday I noticed I never got the side effects but I also didn't get the same great wood.

Could it be the quality of the batch and has anyone had similar experiences?

I get my C from Hims. Affordable enough and never had side affects but to note on sometimes not the same results when taking. Especially lately for me. I only take them due to a lower back injury from when I was younger. It messes with my performance sometimes. Sometimes I need a little pick me up. My question to you is: when is the best time To take them before your off to do the deed? I’ve read atleast 30min before but curious what timing seemed optimal to you? I I used to pop them 1 1/2hr before and the result varied.
 
@billyS -Perhaps it’s possible you have built up resistance to it?
I’m not familiar with their side effects but what about something you ate or drank prior too, which could also have affected its potency?

I've found, for me any, it varies greatly but in general take a few hours for full effort.
I usually give it at least three, but then it does last for 36 hours. If the pill I took works at all.

For whatever reason it seems to work better at night than in the morning, so I've been trying different times for morning sessions.
 
I have tried C for extra performance a couple of times (I can get hard without it but sometimes i want a full on 60-90minute romp and need a boost since i prefer popping once after max climax/edging) and found it to be so-so for me. it didnt get me much harder than normal or make me last much longer. I have better results personally with the following combo: nitric oxide booster (beet pills) and i tried some gummy my friend suggested called Boner Bear. It sounds silly but whatever the blend of stuff they put in it makes me rock solid and last without any side effects (so far lol). I looked at ingredients and it just looks like a blend of some popular supplements said to help in libido/ vigor (ashwaganda, horny goatweed, tongat ali, etc.). Maybe all our bodies are simply different and we react to different variables we add. been using this combo the last month or 2 when i do doubles or when i do longer sessions (or when I first fuck a girl outside the industry as a PED to get an unfair advantage). I'm 41 BTW and in average shape with normal levels of test/etc.

the one downside i must admit is that it makes it harder to pop quickly so i wouldnt use it if i want to pop quickly or try for multiples within an hour. if i got for a 30-45minute sesh i skip the gummys and just go with the beet supplements.

I thought about that but then pills from the same bottle will work fine.

I know @genius likes to take his V with a cup of McDonald's coffee (senior discount) on his ride into Flushing but I don't like to drink coffee before sex.

Just pop my first C pill yesterday. Gradual hardness about 1 hour afterwards. I was able to maintain erection about 2 hours until orgasm. No complains so far.
How old are you? Just a range is fine.
So you had an erection for two hours straight?
We're you fucking somebody or just walking around with a boner.
 
I’m in my 50’s and I’ve had good luck popping a C two hours before a session. The confusion for me is when I’m fucking in the afternoon and at night. I’m not sure if the one from earlier will still be effective or if I should take another.

I've found them to last 36 hours.
On an overnight I'll take one mid day to be ready at bedtime and even after a few hours of sex that night Im even harder and longer the next morning.
Once we go home the next day, I'm good for another round as I drop her off.

Note that caffeine has a significant vasodilator effect so it may enhance the effect that you want from V or C.
