Last Thursday night swung by Temptations in Bohemia, Blush in Commack, Blue Rhino in Huntington Station or whatever the heck the old Tender Trap is calling itself this month and finally The Carousel in Huntington Station. All of them were bad enough (very few women, none that I thought looked good enough to pay for a lap dance) that I quickly scoped the places out and left. Talked to the bouncers as I walking out of the places, just politely saying that I wasn't interested in any of the dancers so if I ever go back and they recognize me I'm not hassled. One of the bouncers said he would leave too if he wasn't being paid to be there. The guy he was talking to, who seemed to be an owner or a manager, started laughing. Thursday, Friday and Saturday night are supposed to be good for strip clubs. But it was so bad the employees at one place had to laugh. As I was leaving another place I asked the bouncer if there was a better night to come back. He said it's hit or miss and no set good night. Not saying what was said at which places to make sure no one could possibly get in trouble with their bosses. They seemed like good guys and you never know who might be reading this.
