This one does not look Kosher.......

Why would anyone in their right mind do this? How could we give and unbiased review, when the girl or the place know now who the person is and what their handle is?

Oh better yet. They now have their cell phone so they may now contact you if the shop does not like what they wrote. Or they could even blacklist you among their friends.

Not well thought through.

http://www.myasiangfe.com/

It asks for your real name, your UG name and phone number.

Mods, I suggest you look in to this.

The advertiser here is http://www.myasiangfe.net/

This was pointed out on another board.
But you can't do anything at the .com link where they ask for the info. So what is that all about? And the messages on this board by the advertiser have always struck me as not being a genuine language problem but so overly incorrect that they are not legit. And advertising CIM? I agree with Paperpusher - questions arise.

Questions

I did some digging. myasiangfe.net and myasiangfe.com are two different websites with two different owners, two different website registrations off of two different servers. myasiangfe.net is reviewed on here on UG and elsewhere. So what is myasiangfe.com? Why are they intentionally trying to confuse people elsewhere? Why do they want people to provide personal info on a form on their website. Why are they using UG as an endorsement that they are legit? Such a strange situation. Thanks to PP for starting this thread.

Don't make too much of the different domain ownership and different DNS servers. It really just means that two different name reservation services were used. The name server has no bearing on where the site is actually hosted, it's just the server that refers you to the hosting server.

That said...the design and content of the two sites is different. The .com does provide a form in which you are asked to give your name, # and UG handle...which one really shouldn't do...obviously.
