I really don't get this. I like big lips, and I think women should try to make them bigger, not smaller. It's all about self-image I guess, because there have to be a ton of guys who are perfectly fine with large lips.

I agree. These women don't need to change, they need to find the right guy. I like big lips and nips; and small tits.
