Confirmed on their website that CMI not only has heart-shaped tubs but beds as well.

The Commack Patch, in a Valentine's Day story on the CMI, described the feature as "sunken en-suite heart shaped tubs for two (just in case the heart shaped bed wasn’t tacky enough for you)."
