You basically have two options:
1. Behind the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) is a Red Light district with several whore hotels. The deal is you walk the halls. Providers who are available have their doors open and hussle you. Prices are on the low side, but so is the quality. Quite a few of the guide books describe the area -- I think Lonely Planet has something on it and so does Rick Steves (or, at least, he used to -- which I found quite amusing.) You negotiate a fee -- when I was there three years ago I believe FS went for around $100 or less, everything covered, "wham bam thank you M'am." You can also buy the local tabloid and check the classified section, if you know some German.
2. FKK Clubs
Do a search on Google for "FKK Club" Frankfurt and you'll get several listings. FKK Clubs are legal sex clubs in Germany. They're sort of a cross between a health club and an orgy. You pay a door fee and are given the key to a locker. In a typical men's locker room you disrobe, and wrap the towel around your waist. (Some of the clubs have seperate lock boxes for your wallet, if you don't want to carry it around with you.) Then you go out into a common area which often includes a pool and or a jaccuzi. There are lots of naked women walking around. By law, only non-alcoholic drinks are served. Usually there's some porn video playing somewhere. The girls aren't usually allowed to hussle, so you survey the scene and pick whomever you want to chat with. Once you get acquainted, you can retire to a private room or begin fooling around out in the common area. Regardless, there's a 1/2 hour charge to spend time with each girl. When I was there three years ago, the door fee was $50 and the 1/2 hour fee was $50. The one I went to (I think it was called Paradeis, but I might be wrong) had a wide range of women, from German to East European to African to a cute Israeli). There's a men's shower room, often a sauna or steam room, sometimes a licensed masseuse is available for the equivalent of a session fee. Anyway, in my opinion, it's the way to go. You'll never experience anything quite like it. It's sort of like heaven for hobbyists.
Note: the FKK Clubs are generally located in industrial, out of the way areas. However, it's Germany, so you can get just about anywhere by public transit. I was lucky enough to find very specific info on a Web site detailing which train to take, which street to walk down. However, English is wide spoken and if they have a Web site, chances are there's a phone number -- sometimes even English instructions.

1 - Monk has done a great job of providing the info I was too lazy to post but which I can confirm. I very much agree that the FKK clubs are the superior option and well worth exploring; if your previous hobbying experience has been restricted to US venues, it may well give you a whole new perspective on commercial sex.
2 - Well, there are reasonably similar, though different in detail, places like them in much of the sexually civilized world. I have been wondering, in the thread about Scalia's Dissent in General, about why places at least as nice and erotic as the FKK clubs have not developed in Nevada. Visit a FKK and understand why it is such a shame that they have not, whatever the reason.

Definitely below $150 US. Definitley no "courtesan" type shit, or high falutin' fake girlfriends for outlandish prices.

I can't help you with the names of any specific ladies at those price levels, but you should do just fine in Amsterdam's famous red light district where the ladies sit in the windows of tiny little "houses" and beckon to passerbys (can't remember the damn name). Leave the main train station walking away from the harbor and bear a bit to the left of the main drag into the maze of little streets off the big plaza in front of the station. Go on foot and after dark. You can't miss the area. You can sample lots of variety cheaply and conveniently with short appointments and needn't worry about having a GFE; it will all be very smooth, efficient, professional, skilled, cold and mechanical.

To be honest, my experiences in the RLD are quite limited and 20 years out of date, so I can't claim any real personal expertise. However, just walking through the area and picking up the ambiance plus a plethora of online reports and reviews are all consistent with my comments above. Some of the ladies are undoubtedly more personable than others. I would suggest going for a Thai provider to improve the odds of a warm and friendly attitude...or to avoid them if anything resembling a GFE bothers you.

when you're in Copenhagen, check out the area called Nymhaven, it's the danish word for sailor's quarter. It's right along the canal and there are some sex shops, nude peep shows, live sex shows there. the crazy thing is that just down the block are all these outdoor cafes and restaurants.

The small color cards in the phone booths was my primary source of options when I was in London. It was always a lady who answered the phone. London has been alright so far. Went to the Soho area and found an incall on a side street with a hot british blonde girl about 20-21 yrs old for 60 British pounds (approx US $ 100) for the half hour. CBJ, DFK and she was pretty enthusiastic and lively. Can´t complain at all. Same quality of girl would be hard to find in NYC for anything below US $600 per hr at least. I really couldnt believe it!
