What I don't understand is why everyone immediately jumped on ExLS, who's been posting here reliably for years, as soon as someone who clearly has a business reason for doing so challenged him (in a way that seemed at least to me to be unconvincing) on his review.
Sometimes I can't understand why UG has this false reputation for being hostile to service providers.

Forgive me. I should have said "personal and business reason". I fully believe that Sarah might really not have thought that was a real review -- although I question her motives for convincing herself that no critical comment could be genuine. I meant that it seemed obvious at least to me that she could easily have been mistaken in the factual premises of her challenge.
