Resveratrol

Who could know unless the vineyard is measuring it, and since it is produced by plants in response to environmental stress, the levels will most likely vary quite a bit.

No complaints regarding drinking much wine .. Except the weight it puts on the figure.

You wouldnt be able to drink enough red wine that has it to get any benefit from it.

It's available in concentrated form as a capsule from a bunch of vitamin/supplement/anti-aging manufacturers. Look for one that has the highest amount of trans-resveratrol in it.

This will be like the hoodia extract, there will be so many people on the Internet selling it, except that most of it will be bogus. You will be hard pressed to find a legitimate source

Just looking for one that claims to have trans-resveratrol in it will weed out about 90 percent of them. It's been around for a while but when it first came out it didnt get anywhere near the attention Hoodia did.
