Restaurant recommendations in Nassau Co?

I rarely ever date in Nassau Co. but I have one coming up with a young lady who lives out there. She doesn't want to travel far so I'm looking for recommendations for a nice place, not a chain restaurant, something quiet and intimate. Not even sure if anything like that exists out there LOL. Any cuisine would work I'm looking to set the mood for fucking her after that.
