New Banner Ad? Who is the Cream Team?

I noticed a new banner ad on the site this morning for the Cream Team, but I don't see any posts related to it, and it's not a clickable link.

Guessing it's an agency. Anyone have any information at all? Site? Incall or Outcall? Anything at all?

I like to try to support the advertisers, but I need just a little more to go on.
