I forgot that my ISP was having trouble today, and went onto Full Tilt into a .50/1 NL table.

Picked up JJ on the button. Early position makes it 4.5. Gets a caller. I pop it to 15. Raiser calls, other guy folds.

Flop is 2 7 8 and Bam, I get disconnected and folded.

I hate it when that happens. Maybe he had a higher pair than me, but I would have liked to have seen it.

Contact FTP

On occasion when I have had connections issues that in turn cost me money I have contacted them and they have actually refunded my money one time. Now it was a Sit and Go and I got disconnected about halfway through. I didnt have a ton of chips nor did I have a few chips, I was somewhere in middle. I dont know how it works for cash games but its worth a shot.

This has happened to me before.... and it sucks.

It's one thing to refund someone's tournament entry fee for getting disconnected and missing the end of the tourney, but they would never refund money from a cash game for a disconnect during a hand.

And for $15? LOL. Maybe I'd pursue it if it was $1500.
