Need Some Advice...

Ok, so whenever I have needed advice you guys and gals have always helped me out. Well, I once again need advice.

Here’s my situation, how do I deal with a stalker on Utopia Guide? I don’t know if anyone has been following the threads in the “Stripper and Pornstars” thread and the BillyS/Lawyer101 feud.

If you haven’t, I’ll give you a quick run-down. Billy claims that he has a problem with me because I only post positive reviews and not negative ones. I have always been honest in what I was doing, as I did not feel that I was doing anything wrong. He has all his accusations about me, which most I have not even bothered to address as they are simply ridiculous. To make a long story short, Qb14 took the time to explain to me why negative reviews are important and it made sense to me. A negative review does not need to be nasty or degrading against the person being reviewed, it just needs to state the facts. I agreed with his reasoning and I have since started posting negative reviews.

Somehow, BillyS was able to obtain my AOL Instant Message Address. He claimed that it was through Utopia Guide. However he was able to obtain it is irrelevant to the point. At first when he started sending me Instant Messages he seemed like an Ok guy. As of about a month ago, he was sending me Instant messages telling me that he didn’t like my reviews and that he was going to ruin my reputation online. He is about as nasty of a person that I have ever had to deal with. I had notified Utopia Guide about this, and I was given some useful information by the UG Staff. I was advised to block him out of my AOL Instant Messenger, which I did. He then started sending me nasty ******s. I had to then block my Aol account from receiving ******s from him. I then contacted AOL and advised them of the situation. They sent me a message a few weeks back telling me that they are looking into the matter.

For about the last 2 months Billy has been trying to start “fights” with me on Utopia Guide. I have always stopped posting in the threads were he has posted anything negative about me to avoid a “flame war” with him. He would just generally post his comments and when I wouldn’t respond he would move on. Now, I find that he is following me around on all the threads that I am on and he is still looking to start fights with me. He claimed that his only problem with me was that I did not post negative reviews. Now that I am posting them, he shouldn’t have any complaints about me? That is not the case. He has become more aggressive with looking to start “fights” with me. I have my reasons to why I think he dislikes me, but if I posted them here then I would be “sinking” to his level and I do not want to do that. What makes things worse is that he has his ****** friends come onto Utopia Guide to try and start fights with me. His friend, Latino Stud has even gone as far as to say that my reviews are shit and that he was going to try and track down my girlfriend. Do we really need to make threats to one another? Is that needed? He also has another friend, kjsmitty, who claims that he went to Wet Dreams(a peepshow/lap dance club) and the guy at the front desk was talking about lawyer101 and how I was trying to get extras from the girls. I don’t know about you guys, but I use my name when I go to stripclubs. I don’t use my Utopia Guide screen name. I thought that post was cute, but I feel that anyone that read it would know that it lacks any credibility.

BillyS has even gone onto Stribclublist.com and posted pretending to be me. Please see the links below. He has posted as both lawyer101 and LarrytheLawyer. My first name is Larry, so this is why he chose the second name to use. I could have posted as BillyS on Stripclublist.com and posted shit about him, but I choose not to. I simply just posted that the previous post was not posted by me. I keep walking away from confrontation with him, and he just keeps starting them.

BillyS has all his accusations about me and that is fine. I honestly don’t even have a problem with him. I just don’t know what I need to do to get him to stop bothering me. I even gave thought about just “giving” up posting on Utopia Guide because I am getting tired of having to defend myself against him and his friends. The reason that I decided against that is because I do enjoy posting on Utopia Guide. I have learned a lot from reading all the posts on this board. Utopia Guide has a lot of information on it regarding the sex industry. Many questions that I would not ask my friends, I can ask on this board and get a solid reputable response. I like that.

I keep staying away from threads that he is making allegations in. I just don’t want to get into anymore “fights” with him. By not responding to his allegation, does that make it seem that I am agreeing to what he is saying? Or would it be understood that I don’t want to fight on Utopia Guide, so this is why I am avoiding him?


I have since contacted Utopia Guide via ****** to see if they can do anything to assist me. This is the 1st time that I have ever had a problem like this, so I don’t know how to handle it. I am handling it the best way that I can. If you guys can give me any other suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

PS- I know that Billy will respond to this post. I also know that his friends will come on here to back him up and once again try to ruin my credibility. I take my reputation very seriously, so it does bother me that he is doing this. I didn’t post this message to “flame” BillyS in anyway. I just posted so that I can get some advice on how to get him to “leave me alone.”

I haven't been reading those threads, because it seems that most of your posts and Billy's have to do with the same Long Island club and it's replacement(s) that I never get to anyway. Either that or else you are both praising Sinful 7, and ganging up on anyone who has the audacity to dare to claim that her shit don't stink (notice the irony regarding negative posts).

If the 2 of you are now having a true fight, the mods may put you in the Coliseum. If it is truly as bad and as one-sided as you say, judging from past experiences, they usually ban these types, eventually. But not right away. A certain amount of disagreement is tolerated and thankfully so.

I just took a quick look, and they seem to be complaining about where you post certain things, not what you post, since they seem to think it's your job to organize posts according to their own made up Dewey Decimal system, for their personal reading pleasure. Now complaining about the location of someone's posts, instead of the content, seems really anal and childish - if they don't like your posts, they're free to skip them - but it didn't seem to be as bad as you said, at least what's on this board. I can't speak for what's happening offline. That's just out of line.

Again bullshit because although I do have guys I backchannel with, ( I got their addy's before Slinky shut off this feature) Latino Stud and kjsmitty are not among them.

I called you on some things and you took it way to fucking personal. That is how we police things on this board. Why are you wasting bandwith? Look, BMM had some problem with me and other criticzing his reviews and other aspects of his posting. But he just fought back like a man and now we get along fine.
My advice to use is be a man. Stop letting your imagination run wild. Stop starting a new thread everytime you get a hand job.

There is nothing happening offline. That is slanderous bullshit. Why would I give fuck about his reputation? How people see him either on this board or in person has no effect on my hobbying. I get charged the same at the few places we have in common whether or not he has a good or bad rep.

You had told me on AOL Instant Messanger that you were going to ruin my reputation online. I didn't think that you would take it to the extreme that you have taken it, but I did know that you were going to do something.
If you truely did'nt care about my reputation, then why would you make all those accusations about me? You even put them in this thread. I have not accused you of anything. I even mentioned in another thread that I just skip your posts for my own reasons. I didn't "bad mouth" any of your reviews or get my friends to make accusations about you. I just skipped your reviews. You felt it necessary to "attack" me on my reviews, so this just proves that you are trying to "kill" my credibility online.

I mean it looks like you posted this specifically so he would respond, so you can go and say "oh look, see what I mean?"

The whole thing is quite childish, the 2 of you should just put that crap behind you and leave each other alone. It would make for a better experience for everybody across the board.

I didn't read the whole thread but I skimmed it. Again, his first complaint was about location, and his second was about not answering his question on demand. I agree he came looking for a fight there. If he really hates it that much when you start new threads instead of continuing existing ones, he has the right to skip them. From what I read (and I don't have the patience or desire to read the whole thing - I'd rather read about pussy - his complaints about location seem to reflect more about him that they do about you, and I think most veteran posters around here would agree. As for not answering questions, you don't have to volunteer any info that you don't want to, whether it's about price, tips, location, services, nipple clamps, clit size, or whether or not a French poodle was involved (NOTE to Jimy DR: I don't know what poodles charge these days). At the risk of soundling like Mom, when someone tries to bait you, ignore him and he'll go away. And again, I didn't, and won't read through it all, but based on previous decisions on this board, I didn't think there was enough there to get a guy banned.

Lawyer, I have no doubt this is a personal vendetta, since fights like these waste more bandwidth than anything else, and since he doesn't try to tell anyone else when they are allowed to start new threads.

Others get a reputation for complaining about others' reviews instead of posting their own. Then there is a special reputation reserved for those that complain only about the location of others' reviews. You're each earning a different kind of reputation currently and I hope you're compfortable with yours.

Whatever happened or didn't happen off-line between you - none of the rest of us can know who's telling the truth there.

I didn't post this so that I could say "look what mean". I posted this to get advice. Have you read any of the Stripper & Pornstar threads? Have you seen how he has started with me on almost every thread in that section? I agree that it is quiet childish, and this is why I stopped responding to his posts, but when he follows me around to every thread and makes allegations about me it does get frustrating. I want to put this behind. Billy will not put this behind him, this is why I am asking for advice on how to deal with him.

In one of the threads where he was "bashing" one of my reviews, I did politely reccommend that he skip my reviews if he didn't like them. His response was something along the lines of " You won't tell me what the fuck to do. I will respond to your reviews any way that I want to". I can't win with this guy.

The funny thing about him saying that he "polices things", is that he thinks that by bashing my reviews and starting fights with me that he is doing something to help out the board. That is something that I couldn't understand either.

My main concern with this guy is that he will not leave me alone and I will end up "fighting" with him and his friends, and ultimately get myself banned. This is something that I am trying to avoid.

I will take your advice and just completely ignore him. Does Utopia Guide have a block for any members who's post that I don't want to read? Would I be able to "block" him so that I wouldn't have to read his posts?

Lawyer, as I said, some contribute to this board, some never do, only complain about other's posts. Billy couldn't prove that point better if he tried. Just keep doing what you're doing, so will I, and most will appreciate it. And the best thing is, that if Billy keeps doing what he's doing, he will be a distant memory before too long.

Yes, I have read them. That's why you should just take the advice given thus far and ignore it. Just do your thing, continue your reviews if that's what you want to do. Who cares what some other people think. If you are not breaking any of the board rules, then who gives a fuck.

But I also did notice that in those posts you are talking about, where you said you would stop responding to him.....you kept responding anyway. So you are just as much to blame for keeping the flame wars going.

Like I said, I'm not on anybody's side here. Just an opinion from a neutral observer.
