This has happened to me a few times recently and I can't figure out why.

I'll be getting a bbj as a prelude to vaginal intercourse and after I'm hard but still enjoying the bareback blow job I actually feel the blood draining out the penis and I start losing wood.

The last time it happened I tried to switch to fucking right away but for whatever reason he was done and continued to loose hardness.

I have not experienced this but I would suggest being you are taking Cialis to speak with your prescribing MD-

I’ve had this happen mid wood because I think the lady was doing a halfhearted job or I got bored because there was no change in technique sometimes your mind drifts elsewhere and you lose interest. Doesn’t happen to me often but it has happened I tend not see providers that happens with again even the best of them fall after awhile not sure if they comfortable with you or don’t feel as enthusiastic to keep you coming back or they just get plain old lazy. It’s pretty simple. Try not to eat anything before so the meds can take full effect and not have to penetrate through food in your stomach. I do my best fucking on an empty stomach when taking hard on pills. Guaranteed wood if you don’t eat.

Agreed that it kicks in faster on an empty stomach. As for mid-BJ, deflation, sure it has happened. This is because my penis knows my own mind better than my mind does - at least when it comes to sex. Someone said that the penis is the one instrument that never lies.

I've found that taking all pressure off myself to perform helps with the performance. There have been BJ's and HJ's that returned from the dead.

I agree with this. Also some other medications interfere with it.
