Do a search for Tally Ho's in the Vegas threads. Best mileage (negotiate hard) as far as I've personally experienced. VIP rooms run a bit steap I forget the exact amount but you can get anything there from the right one. I was able to negotiate a greek session with a somewhat older dancer. Bring singles (they give you Two Dollar Bills as change) with you if you wish to tip $1.00 for stage dances or couch dancing, etc.
