Called Jennifer and spoke to her. Said I could be there in 20 minutes - OK with her. Gave me directions (Kennedy Blvd - 60th - Hudson) and then said to call when I got to those crosstreets. With several street signs missing, I called asking for better directions - no call back. Finally found it, called, again no answer. Waited another 30 minutes - got no call back so I left.
