Anyone think it's ironic that people post threads asking what will happen if a place gets raided, yet a member of le busted for spending time with a girl in the d.a.'s bathroom in a friggin' court house doesn't get more than a slap on the wrist (most likely) and the embarrasment in front of his colleagues....

I'm not assuming that I couldn't be nabbed next, but it does make me wonder what life will be like after heirr Giuliani....

Don't get me wrong

you are correct, it is the main reason...I can just imagine my boss' reaction when I explain to HER why I didn't make it back from lunch. But, all the same, in Rudy's new york any s** biz is illegal, but not serious enough, it seems, in some peoples' minds to fire a cop over.

I guess I wonder if things will be less stressful when Rudy is finally gone.

Seems to me Rudy wasn't too happy about that. Cop was fired but a judge ordered him reinstated. Rudy was pissed!
