Most (maybe all in the US) that advertise Nuru are either soapy massages or oil massages. The operative term "Nuru" around these parts seems to mean any slippery body-to-body rub. True Nuru massage uses a seaweed based gel that is quite expensive, but when prepared and and administered properly, has a super slippery, yet thick quality that is unequaled and far superior to all the other methods.
There was a provider several years ago in Coram (of all places) that provided a Nuru massage using the real Nuru gel. She was Caucasian and I won't name her because she moved and is out of the business now. Her technique and the setup was not ideal, but the experience was still pretty damn good. You have to bathe or shower first to get your body good and wet. Ideally, the "therapist" will bathe you thoroughly, paying special attention to all the best parts as something of an appetizer. Next, you lay down on a vinyl sheet, mat or air mattress and the provider will pour some of the warmed Nuru gel on your body and on hers. Then, based on the attendant's creativity, the fun begins. She can rub you with her whole body, ass, tits, twat, feet - pretty much anything you can think of - and the ultra slippery gel provides an extraordinary friction-free experience. If you never had it before, you can have no idea how good it feels.
The time I had it, the girl rubbed her full body all over me, front and back, we scissored between her legs for a while and then she concentrated on my stiff cock, rubbing it between her ass cheeks and shaved twat lips until I couldn't take any more and came like a fountain. As I recall, I quite unintentionally "popped in" for a moment, the slickness making it unavoidable. Unfortunately, seeing the girl glistening from tits to toes with the gel and the amazing pressure of her body coupled with the ultra-slipperiness of her coated skin against mine made too short work of the session.
To do it right, it's best done in a shower room with access to running water. The Nuru gel does tend to dry out after a while and the gel base needs to be replenished or water added to keep it slick and prevent it from getting sticky. Though it's done on a vinyl mattress or sheet, it can get messy with the gel and water splashing all over the place. It's a good idea for the provider to have towels nearby for a friction surface to grab onto because while doing her best moves, she can go flying right off the mattress due to the extreme slipperiness of the gel. Also, after the session you're covered with the gel that can't simply be wiped off so you'll need to take a shower to wash yourself off thoroughly. Not that either method is bad, but a soapy massage and oil massage just do not compare. An extended time with Nuru gel on the skin has no untoward effect. Extended rubbing with soapy water will make delicate skin sensitive and chafed. The thickness of Nuru gel also makes it superior to soapy water. Oil is slick, but its thinness doesn't provide a nearly comparable level of satiny slipperiness as Nuru.
Unfortunately, I don't know of anywhere that you can find a true Nuru massage experience these days outside of East Asia, but good luck - if you do it's definitely worth adding to your bucket list. Hope this helps.
