HBO's Rome and How to tell it's a movie

In general, you can tell it's a move if:
* There is a parking place in mid-town Manhattan right in front of your apartment building.

* When you are following the Bad Guy, you always get the green light.

* When you need a cab, there it is.

* When you step out of the bath in 200 BC (or whatever in j Ceasar's era), you are shaved all over with only with a neatly trimmed landing strip.

Now I have no objection to full frontal nudity anywhere, anytime but where did the ancient Romans get the Lady Gilette razors to be so smooth?

I noticed that too. And one other thing but it escapes me right now.

Oh yeah they speak with English accents ....

It's the French and modern Italians who don't shave. The Romans and now the eastern Eurpopeans shave plenty.... almost as much as the Brazilians.
