I didn't see the ad but took a chance e and texted her early in the morning . Went about my business and got a text back couple of hours later. Made an appointment via text ,answered few questions (extremely light screening questions) and the we texted back afew more times.

Got to location and parking a was a little tough but found a spot on the side street. Waited for her text back she said she needed a couple of minutes.
