Physical Facilities - *Fantastic*, by far the best mongering venue I've ever seen anywhere in the world! Decor is tastelessly over-the-top though, something like a Vegas hotel/casino.
Public Room Ambiance/Atmosphere - Also *fantastic*, an incredibly sweet mixture of relaxed, friendly, erotic, decadent, naughty, luxurious etc. Includes some public full-on sex in dark corners and plenty of intimate touching even "out in the open".
Selection of women - *Huge*, a few dozens during the day and reportedly well over a 100 at night, from many places around the world but most heavily Eastern Europe.
Hotness of women (physically) - *Extremely high*. As a group at least comparable to the best I've ever seen in upscale strip clubs, something like a major Vegas club maybe. (Oddly, the women I saw at Oase that day looked significantly better to me than those pictured on the Oase website!)
Communication issues - Moderate. Dual signage (German and English) and the non-provider staff spoke English just fine, so no problems there. The womens' abilities to understand/speak English varied from perfectly good to barely adequate to get the job done. It appeared to me that it was possible, but a struggle, to have a limited "social conversation" in English with most of them. For me, this is a significant downside; I like to be able to talk to my partner reasonably freely/naturallly.
Selling pressure - Varies widely from woman to woman, much like a typical upscale strip club.
Attitude/quality of service/sex - OK. Similar to a lot of other incall places I've experienced with wide variations from one woman to another. I got a good, not great, one and a quite poor one, but from what other customers told me, it can range from a superb GFE to quite awful. Very caveat emptor situation. The "menu system" (added charge for extra services) decreases the spontaneity of the fun, imo, but isn't too bad. BB oral and CFS seem to be the norms.
Prices - *Incredibly good*, quite possibly the best overall bang for the buck ( for the euro?) available in a quality First World experience anywhere. At current exchange rates you can get a basic 30 min suck and fuck, BB and covered respectively, with an 8-10 level hottie, PLUS all-day "membership" in a quite good quality club/spa filled with beautiful nude women for about US$160! Did I mention this includes unlimited access to a pretty good quality buffet and (non-alcoholic) drinks? It is easy and not terribly expensive to add time, services, multiple partners etc to this minimum package, but that can start to run up the bill significantly of course.
Disappointment potential - Rather higher than ideal….seems pretty easy and common to have a bad experience in the room, probably about the same as the risk in most incall venues (outside Japan, where they are extraordinarily rare). Assuming that you are not a local who can become the regular customer of one or more of the better/GFE ladies, your best insurance is probably to be prepared (with enough money and time) to "try again" if you get a loser on the first attempt.
