Help for the clueless please

I've been reading all these Episodes posts. I am a Certified Cheap Fucker (CCF). I used to love the old Studio 90. I like sleaze.

Can someone please tell me what kind of place this is? Is it a lapdance-with-semi-private-backroom deal like Studio 90, or what?

denise offered me one once. i thought they only had water. nice touch putting mints in the candy dish. julies and the rest should do that.
