unless someone has been there they dont know the truth in those words. if i even ask a girl a question in new york half of them think im trying to pick them up, doesnt matter how fat or skanky. its amazing the difference that three and a half hours makes. i cant get even one guy i know to make the trip with me. they have no idea how good it will be. i have fantastic memories from every trip ive taken there. what do you pay if you take a girl from the casino or if you take a girl out of the disco there? do you need a car in the capitol? i was amazed how spread out santiago was compared to sosua. you dont need a car there but i always get a scooter or an suv anyway. i would be jealous if i wasnt going next month.

Swig - I do not go to Sosua, I know it is the spot were many DR girls from all over the country go looking to make money from the tourists, and is the spot were tourists go looking for the women.

The Capital is much different then Sosua and Santiago. Bigger, there are shopping areas, attractions, good size casinos. It is the Capital, the biggest city in DR. I do not rent a car in DR, they drive crazy!!! I take Taxi's, I know many taxi drivers who I can call, or I take a Taxi at the hotel. There also lots of radio cabs, I am usually with a girl, so they call for me.

I always give a girl $100, they never complain.

DR is more then a Puta for the night

The girls who are hanging around the hotels, Casino, or work in a bar or "cat" house, are there to be picked up. It is also fun picking up the regular girls.

This trip I picked up a stunning girl who worked in a Pharmacy, turns out she was a Pharmacist and the daughter of the owner. I had a great time, took her dancing, drinks, casino. She had her own car, which was nice to be driven around. Did not sleep with her, but we made out, held hands, she was very warm, and was excited to be with me, which is is a joy.

It is very exciting to pick up professional DR babes. There are so many women in DR who are not only hot, but are also professional. News caster, singer, attorney, Doc, etc. Sometimes I feel that every women in the DR is single! It is very rare that I run across a girl who tells me she is married or has a bf.

I know you are not a fan of sosua eddy but i like the lax atmosphere, and picking up girls is like shooting fish in a barrel. they never say no if i ask them out ( i guess its better than sitting home in the dark waiting for the lights to go back on). for me its a very inexpensive vacation, although i usually spend a lot anyway but i get to go every few months.

To each there own. I do not like the sun, the beach, or the low life Germans. I like casino's, good food, nice hotels. The Capital is interesting. cool stores, architecture, and all the hotels, clubs, and restaurants have backup power.

As far as the women, I have a steady one I see, who I really dig. It took me five years to find her, but it was worth the wait

Jim - Nothing wrong with Sosua. I am just burned out. One drunkin Germen is to much for me, and they are all over the place. I been going to the DR for over 20 years and have banged hundreds of women there. After a while it becomes the same old same old.

I do not like the beach or the sun, Infact, I usually do not leave the hotel till 4:00 - I also like casino's which there is a limited supply of in Sosua. There is also life music in the Capital which I enjoy.

There are also to many toursits in Sosua.

i can relate to the burned out thing. sosua is becoming old for me. stayed at hotel voramar for 3 days and i was finished. place is actually nice, room is sparce and you need to bring your own pillow but that goes for the whole country. i went to the disco one night and i couldnt stand it. i met a girl on dominicancupid from santiago. 29 years old, has a decent job, her own car, and a computer. that might not sound like much to anyone but if youve been there you would be impressed. 5' tall 95 pounds, beautiful. has small c-cups that are so firm and nice you would think they belong to a 16 year old. i made a comment that i could tell she didnt have a baby because of how firm they are and she swears her mothers are the same after 4 kids. i drove to santiago from sosua and i met her at her work. we chatted a while and i waited an hour till she was done with work then we drove to her house. hung with her brothers and sister ( the 4 of them share an apartment). i slept in her bed that night and she stayed in her sisters room. i extended my trip one day because we didnt get much time together. she was a little moody ( big surprise) and i wasnt sure if she was a bitch or just a regular girl. the next day was much better and i ended up banging her when we got home. when we finished she went and slept with her sister again. so not only did i get laid, i had the whole bed to myself afterwards. the next day she told me i did 3 things that made her really like me. we went to the grocery store to get coffee and i told her to buy some things for the house because i didnt have to pay for a hotel. she spent $40 on food and said thank you 5 times. she was sleeping and i went out to get beer so i bought 4 big presidentes for her brothers. we went out to eat and i bought her 3 roses for $5 from one of those annoying fuckers that dont leave you alone. she didnt act all mushy or anything but i could tell she was starting to like me the second day. i was glad i stayed shes a great girl, now i have something to look forward to when i go back.

IMO, what you are doing is a lot more fun. Picking up the street girls is fun, but it has become old news, and boring for me.

I have a steady down there. I like it better.
Just make sure not to over spoil, or marry them.

I need to find a tour guide or someone i can get info on about DR.. I have so many questions.. I'd be a first timer going down in October of 2008. If someone wanted to go down there around that time and meet up, we'd have one hell of a day I can guarantee that! I just don't wanna go down there blind and spend the 1st few days figuring everything out. Any help would be appreciated!!! I'm not going for the sites.
