I've always wondered but have never asked. Is it a strict nono that they refrain from, or do they partake? and When they do, do they pay or get a discount or is it "on the house"? Whats the dynamic like? Strictly buisness or is there other stuff happening? lol

Sorry, I guess I haven't been around long enough to know these things, the places i've gone to with female operators and even run by male operators, I generally assumed they were just running things like you would do any other business, they were fairly friendly and professional with me so I assumed were generally decent with the ladies, didn't know this sort of stuff happened behind the scenes at some of these places.

I try not to think about it as I don’t want to ruin the experience. When I started, I noticed girls at shops with a pps would press more than others to stay the whole time. There were a few awkward times when they would refer to bro as “boss” and I would get uncomfortable. I pushed past it, and in the moment, told myself that it’s a cultural term like Uncle. I’ll give it to them though, those little dudes do a good job of coming off as super friendly and non-threatening.
