I know "Duplex" to mean the following:
Its when a guy stacks two women on top of each other and is able to fuck both of them during a threesome. If the guy gives either or both girls a creampie the duplex is said to be occupied, otherwise, it is considered vacant.
I have also heard it can mean when 2 dudes lay back to chest on each other and one dude goes spread eagle and a girl rims them both. That sounds really gay in my opinion.
No clue what "Cuban" means, keep in mind I am old so this is only how I recall the term "Duplex"
