Cheating in On-line poker?

I never played on-line poker. I don't trust the system, it might just be the lack of knowledge on my part. How do they prevent me and say 2 of my friends from back channeling over the phone talking about what we have vs the one or two other players?

I can tell u that a couple of college buddies from sevral states went on line communicated on a conference call and won 3000 in on session. they did this on 4 different poker sites and won over 12k. The key is position and find an agressive table. You cant do it over the longhaul becuse the sites can find out but until they do u can cheat and make a few bucks.
