Casino question

Borgata recently expanded their poker room, haven't been there since the expansion but have been there many times. It's one of the only AC casinos that feels like LV. Very professional, a great electronic que system, good crowd of players, comfortable seats.

Also have played at the Trop poker room. Much smaller, more antiquated, the que is still a handwritten chalk board. Fewer tables means a longer wait if they're crowded.
i played at the trop it is very small and the players there seem like they fish a lot more then other places i have played.

I've soured on the Trop... both poker room and casino... While they have some cool new restaurants and shops and such, their gaming areas are still crappy and their dealers seemed much more incompetent than average.
Poker room didn't have a great game selection... plus the 2/5NL table I was at was a bunch of short stacks and I didn't feel like 'gambling' with speculative hands.

Next time I go down to A.C., I'll go to Borgata or Taj probably.

borgata has the best waitresses around with the best attitudes (not to mention the push-up bras). but all the blackjack tables are almost converted to automatic shufflers which i dont like. there are several tables in the new section that has hand shuffles. i give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Speaking of auto shufflers. I just got back from LV. All the poker rooms I played at (Bellagio, Mandalay, Mirage) have auto shuffling built into the tables. I happen to like that since the games move quicker. No need to wait for the dealer to shuffle each deck. A new shuffled deck awaits after each hand. Why don't you like them?

As mentioned before, the Borgata has one of the best poker rooms in any casino including LV. I was surprised by the newly expanded poker room at Bellagio. Tables are very tight, que is still handwritten. So you've got to constantly bug the floor man to find out where you are on the list. With all that money they should have put in an electronic board like Borgata. There's a great bar right next to the Bellagio poker room. TV's with sports on, great location to watch the people.....but you have to get off your ass every so often to find out where you are on the list. You can't really hear the mic when they call.

i just dont like the auto shufflers in blackjack. as for poker, i dont play it too much in the casinos, it takes too long to win/lose your money there.
