If youre a visitor to AC, mid week winter is the easiest time to get a room comped or players rate.
Tropicana is under new ownership, half the rooms are being renovated, and the place offers tons of rooms.
Im sure if you spend an afternoon playing there, at any wage, theyd offer you a free room or reduced players rate, not to mention free breakfast, and other comps.
They are very lenient with their comps, or so it seems to me.
Although I wont go there next trip, and actually pay a players rate in another hotel, Trop offers me as many nights as I want, as compared to other hotels that offer me only one night, and I pay reduced rate if I want more.
Trop offers free food, where I dont seem to be offered that at other hotels.
Trops tables are as good as anyone elses, but I cant speak for the poker area, cause Im not a poker player.

I will almost guarantee if you get a card, and register your play, within 3 weeks youll be getting mail already welcoming you to the casino and most likely a free room offer showing the casinos hospitality.(They want gamblers to fill their seats, if they have rooms available, they will give them away to anyone that shows even a slilght interest in gambling, no matter what wage that person plays)
