If the pros look anything like these women (usually a lot of the women that do these kinds of porn vids are pros), then I would personally go with Latin America.
I can only speak from experience, and Germany wins hands down. Prostitution is more or less legal there, under certain regulations. Not only is it easy to find an escort, the so called "nudist" sex clubs are absolutely amazing. As for price, it's cheaper than in the U.S. (even taking into consideration the dollar/Euro exchange), although I've seen some independents on the Web charging New York prices. And the range of quality and variety of women (especially in the cities)

Philippines
First time I was in the Philippines was 7 years ago. Spent the entire time with my parents and relatives I havent seen in a long time. Needless to say, all we did for the entire 5 weeks I was there was sight see and take friggin pictures! And this was before I learned about UG and WSG.
Fast forward to March of this year 2004. This time I made sure I took this vacation alone, meaning, nobody in my family involved. Except of course for the 2 dinners I had set up with my relatives since it would be rude not to at least say hi when in their part of the world.
Met up with a WSG'r when I got to the Philippines. Since he visits the Philippines 3-4 times a year, he knew of all the good spots to hit. He even hooked me up with his "special rate" at the hotel where he stays which turned out to be a 4 star hotel. Normal rate is a little over $60 U.S. for the largest rooms, his rate for the same room... $32.00 U.S.! This is of course per night and for the largest room in the hotel. Checked into my very own spacious room, then out for celibratory beer (happy hour price = 1 bottle of San Miguel Light @ 35pesos each... around 75cents!)
On to what I came to the Philippines for. Went to a strip club by the name of StarDust. If you like Filipina girls (or Asians for that matter), this place had a ton of cuties! Took a girl to VIP, negotiated a price of 1,500pesos ($30) to come home with me for the night. In the VIP, she gave me a bbbjtccimnqns for the equilvalent of $20. This same scenario repeated itself every night for the next 3 weeks, except when I opted for a 3some where the price doubles. Imagine... $60 for an all night 3some with 2 hot Filipina women, both 19yrs old! Btw, I had two of these 3somes with different girls each time. Some nights I was too tired to do anything, so I just had my girl of the night give me a massage and just hang out. Of course, they'd always complain that they would like to have sex! I usually oblige and tell them that they'll have their chance in the morning... mmmmm, nothing like early morning wake-up sex!

If not for UG or WSG, I would not be taking trips overseas twice in one year. I usually take domestic trips about once every 2 years! Anyone want to go to the Philippines in November is more than welcome to come with me. I'll be more than glad to show anyone around just as my buddy I met on WSG did for me. When you realize how inexpensive it is to hobby in the Philippines, along with the quality of women there is to be had, we'll be fighting over who picks up the tab just as I did earlier this year!

The Philippines is good but they have an AIDS crisis there too, and there is increased terrorist activity.
Thailand and Brazil are bountiful but both suffer drastic AIDS problems [worst of the lot of the overseas spots to play] and under the scruntiny of the feds for violations of the new laws that allow the federal government to prosecute US citizens who go over seas specifically to have sex that would violate US laws [even if it violates no law in the country where it takes place].
From what I hear, dollar for dollar the best value to be had when taking into account ready availablity, price, looks of the women involved, and amenities its the Czech Republic. Specifically Prague. When you add the sights to see and to the beauty of the women...

If I had to choose, right now, where to spend an erotic vacation where I could screw till my heart's content with beautiful women, little terrorist activity and a US safe enviorment, plus great history, museums and scenary to be taken in it would be the Czech Republic and specifically, Prague.

The problem with Prague is that it is rife with mob influence and horror stories of women forced into the life. You can never be quite sure what you are contributing to.

If you look under the UG "Europe" section, I posted more specific info about a year ago. I visited a place in Frankfurt, but I've read about places closer to Köln and Dusseldorf. I'm sure they're all over Germany. Some are quite large. The place I visited was more intimate -- maybe 15-20 girls and no swimming pool. Some of them are like fully outfitted health clubs, except that hobbying is also on the menu.
I would have mentioned Prague, but I've read that the scene there isn't nearly what it used to be. It used to be everything that you could find Germany-style FKK clubs, but for a fraction of the price. That's simply not the case any more.

As for that new law, I think it was designed to try and prevent some of these organized overseas sex tours and international rings that kidnap women and force them into the sex trade. They have bigger fish to fry.

I have hobbied in several countries now... Germany, Spain, UK, Dominican Republic etc. But the 10 days I spent in BA in Argentina was THE best hobby trip I've ever had. Even better than Montreal although I still love that city. In BA our routine was to head out for dinner in Recolleta each night around 9pm. Due to the favorable exchange rate I had great steak, etc meals each night for $10 or so that would easily run $40+ in NYC. Then we'd head over to the nearby clubs (Madahos, Shampoo, Black etc etc). Hang out for awhile, have some drinks and survey the talent. Incredible selection, though we'd always hit at least 2 clubs a night. I took hotties back to my hotel every night for $75-100 US/hour on average. All girls in their early twenties and the ones I picked all in the 8-9 range. It was just wonderful. A few sessions were GFE but most in the good to very good range as far as sessions go. The city of BA, and the women there, have more of the European influence than say compared with Rio.
During the days I would visit the city, lounge by the pool or a few times I also hobbied during the day. There are numerous incall places downtown and hundreds if not thousands of indies. Knowledge of some basic spanish while not essential, will be very helpful. A hobby buddy to go out to dinner and the clubs with will also make things even more enjoyable. I will post my full trip report here on UG one day just haven't got around to it yet. Every man should have the experience of walking into the upscale Black club on a Friday night at midnight.
