Of course there's the proverbial one or two in Argentina and Chile, LOL, but there is an important percentage of Uruguayans who are black.

As far as mongering opportunities in BA, there are plenty of venues to choose from, such as night clubs, "boliches," prives, as well as the tried and true street. Santa Fe 1707 is a street address of a prive that comes to mind and Blacks is the name of a high-end night club that comes to mind. Cafe Orleans is an example of a boliche or restaurant/cafe where pros congregate and "look" for their clients and vice versa.
