Personally, I would have loved to see them keep playing until someone puts it in the goal. I don't care if 5 players are dead from heat conditions or exhaustion. Play till to the end. PK is such a lousy way to end a great game. As a fan I feel sooooo cheated after watching 2 hrs. That's what makes hockey playoffs so exciting.

Jyris is right about this. How about moving back the spot where they kick the PKs from, I dunno maybe 10 feet or so. Give the goalies a fighting chance.
