I've been meaning to post about this place. From what I can guess, "they" have access to two rooms in the same hotel.

They have a rotation of women that take sessions in these rooms. For each woman they keep one (or two) BP ads. When the woman has the room, they update the ad with one of 3-4 phone numbers. When they leave, they remove the number and add it to the next girl's ad. So at any point they have a half dozen or so ads without any contact info.
