I have no idea what your post means. If you have a review, you need to go to the appropriate forum and create a thread for the provider.
For instance, if you saw a provider on Long Island, go to
LOCAL AREAS section
North East region
Long Island forum
Then, click on Post New Thread.
Type in the provider's name followed by her phone number in the required format.
(Read through the rules and newbie threads to find this info.)
Type your review.
Click on Create Thread.
