I'm headed out there in two weeks. I know the LA and SF landscape but not San Diego. Incall or outcall doesn't matter, as long as it's on this side of the border ..... I really don't want to do any forays into Tijuana ... no matter how good or cheap it is. There seem to be a lot of scams and rip-offs down there, and some concern about LE .... so ..... any suggestions?
